Concept Design Boards

We will compile one concept board per space featuring the approved floor plan, a five-color/texture lead, mood imagery, texture-focused close-ups, signature accent elements and lighting direction to ensure a unified vision.

Each board is thoughtfully tailored to the unique character and needs of every space within the scope. Imagery will vary based on the specific requirements of each area and the overall desired aesthetic and outcome.

This step is essential in ensuring we are aligned with the vision and intention for each space. Establishing that clarity early on creates a smooth and seamless transition into the design development phase, helping to eliminate confusion and minimize unnecessary or costly revisions along the way. If necessary, one board revision is included.

FURNITURE DESIGN PACKAGE - TO MAKE YOUR SPACE COMPLETE

Furniture Design Boards

This package includes one curated design board per space, featuring all furnishings and materials needed to complete the room. Each board is thoughtfully arranged to provide a visual mock-up of how the space will come together, helping clients envision the overall design and flow.

Every item selected for the space will include a direct purchasing link, allowing clients the flexibility to purchase pieces on their own timeline and at their own pace.

Depending on the needs of the project, design boards may include paint colors, flooring materials and/or area rugs; furniture selections such as sofas, coffee tables, end tables, beds, seating, and lamps; lighting fixtures; window treatments including draperies and shades; as well as accessories such as pillows, decorative objects, blankets, and other finishing details that bring the space together beautifully.

Home Consultation

Design Services

Step 1: During this step we gather more information and refine ideas to develop a unique design for your home. We’ll look at your daily lives and how you currently use your space and ways to improve it. We’ll discuss imagery to discover the look and feel you are desiring in your home.

Step 2: Once a design direction is approved we will discuss specific concept imagery that shows the design direction and some details of your project. We will develop the layouts of every space and create a drawing package that clearly communicates the design intent across millwork, finishes, fittings and lighting.

Step 3: This is where we dive into the details - each and every one of them! We search for the perfect architectural finishes, furnishings and artwork to compliment the style and function we nailed down in Step 2. We will ensure that your existing possessions are carefully integrated with new purchases.

At the Design Presentation Meeting, you’ll see the concepts from Step 1 and 2 translated into visual design solutions. Hard samples, furniture images, elevations and renderings are presented to communicate the design clearly and efficiently. Basically, you see it all come together!

And once you give us the green light, we resolve exactly how our plans will be built, through detailed drawings and schedules. These become the comprehensive instructions that builders and manufacturers will need to make it all happen.

Design Implementation Services

Step 4: We move into purchasing all the approved materials and furnishings required to make your vision come to life. We take care of the details so you don’t need to worry – preparing and accelerating orders, approving finishes and ensuring that every payment has been tracked and recorded. We coordinate orders, track rogue delivery drivers, identify and resolve any defects (yep, there will be some)… you name it, we’ve got it handled.

We liaise directly with builders, trades and architects and solve any issues that might crop up as

construction takes place. We’ll be on site often to keep an eye on developments and to ensure our design is evolving perfectly.

Step 5: At this point, the finish line is close and we’re ready to have some serious fun. The final stage to complete your home involves installing all furniture, sourcing and placing accessories.

Step 6: Lastly, we’ll reveal your gorgeously presented home room by room.

We’ll take the time to evaluate the project, identify gaps for additional purchasing (if any) and provide all project details, warranty and care instructions for future reference.
